Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (courses, content, information) on SkillGrove for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SkillGrove
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which may vary by course and instructor.

5. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat all participants with respect and courtesy
• Not share course materials or access credentials
• Not engage in any form of harassment or discrimination
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and other content, are the property of SkillGrove or the respective instructors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkillGrove and its suppliers will not be held liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on SkillGrove, even if SkillGrove or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications

SkillGrove may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
